雅戈尔重振主业-服装

中国服装网:在新的零售趋势下,雅戈尔的互联网布局发生了什么变化?

 

 

 

 

胡:雅戈尔是一家比较传统的服装生产企业,39年来一直致力于男式商业服装的生产。事实上,雅戈尔在当今社会有点逆势而上。当很多品牌关注资产轻时,雅戈尔关注的是资产购买。基于两方面的考虑,一是库存压力,二是渠道压力。因此,在过去的两年中,雅戈尔公司投入巨资建设实体店,购买了超过1000平方米的243家店铺用于平台建设。同时在生产端继续做衍生品,ykk树脂拉链做棉麻的种植以及国内外面料的生产布局。这个过程中,我认为互联网是精密结合,所以我没有做互联网进行其他修改,但事实上我在每个工厂施工使用互联网技术,如互联网使用的结果工业工厂的智能转换,针织工厂基本已经实现人性化,和最近完成了适合改革实现智能的生产工厂。在营销方面,我也利用互联网实现了巧妙的零售布局。例如,我在商店中加入了人脸识别技术和射频技术,实现了产品的可追溯性和产品的寿命分析。一系列内容可以说是雅戈尔在激进企业中植入了互联网因素。也许雅戈尔表面上看起来不像一家非常现代化的公司,但事实上我很享受每一次技术进步。

2018年纺织服装行业互联网峰会有很多惊喜。第一,整个峰会的利益相对较高。第二,峰会也有很多实事求是的内容,比如20日下午到21日上午的一些企业的想法,会让很多企业获得更多。然而,需要改进的是沟通环节少。上次20号的圆桌会议内容比较丰富,但是时间比较紧张。我希望深圳ykk拉链有更多的时间和大家交流。你可以考虑把峰会布置得更精致一些,也可以在主会场之外设置更多的场馆,这肯定会给东道主带来一些压力。我希望这次峰会能做得更好。
